Welcome to Bear Path!  A wonderful family home located on the South Shore of Madeline Island.  The main floor features a large kitchen opening to a great room with dining and living room.  Off of the dining room is a three season porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of Lake Superior.  The living room also features a beautiful stone fireplace with leather furniture perfect for lounging.  With access to Lake Superior and a private dock there is no doubt you will want to be enjoying the outdoors while at Bear Path.  In the evening enjoy an outdoor fire at the fire pit overlooking Lake Superior. Firewood at Bear Path is for the indoor fireplace.  If you wish to have an outdoor fire you are responsible for gathering firewood or purchasing wood in town.

  • Weekly Reservations required last week of June through July and August, 3 days minimum stays in off-season.
  • Check In Time: After 3:00 PM
  • Check Out Time: 10:00 AM (please be prompt)
  • 50% deposit required at reservation and remaining amount due 60 days prior to your arrival
