Welcome to Parkside Condo 7! Conveniently located in Town across from Joni's Beach. This multilevel condo features 2 Bedrooms with 2.5 Baths. On the first level you will find the living area with a kitchen that opens to a great room concept with living and dining room,full bath opening to a screen porch overlooking the lake The second level has two bedrooms. One is a King Bed Master Suite with a third level Master Bath with large Jacuzzi. The second bedroom features a King Bed and Twin Trundle Bed (you must provide your own bedding for the trundle bed) with a private deck overlooking the lake.

- Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental)
- Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach)

- Linens for each Bed (sofa-sleeper on first floor, guest must provide bedding)
- Bath Towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation
- Gas Grill that is shared with all units (if you use the gas grill, please clean it)
- Across the street at Joni's Beach are grilling platforms if you are planning on using the charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid).
- Complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Dish Soap, Dishwasher soap along with Hand Soap and Shampoo for each bathroom
