Description

La Pointe Lodging is conveniently located in town on Madeline Island at the corner of Main Street and Big Bay Road.  Formerly known as the Waterfront Gallery, La Pointe Lodging features three separate lodging suites.  In it's prior life the building served as a grocery store.  In 2016 the building was moved to a new foundation on the property to save the structure as it has much history on Madeline Island. 

For our returning Customers, Suite Two was formerly called Waterfront 2.

Suite Two is located on the second floor and the entrance has a private deck for taking in the view of Lake Superior across Main Street.  The suite has a separate queen bedroom, a full bath, a living room dining area along with a convenience kitchen.

A little cottage, bright and cozy. I lucked out, there was a cancellation on the room. next time I will call ahead.
