Welcome to Sunset View! This beautiful custom home is located in town, on the water offering sweeping views of Lake Superior westerly toward Bayfield. The property features a private beach, fire pit, and a massive crib dock for lounging. Sunset View features a newly remodeled kitchen with a breakfast island. Just off the kitchen you will find a fabulous screen porch overlooking the lake perfect for relaxing and reading a book.

The spacious great room is a wonderful area to relax from a day at the beach or perhaps play a game of chess. Sunset View features three bedrooms in the main house; along with two bedrooms in the attached guests house. In the main house the master bedroom features a king size bed and private deck overlooking Lake Superior. The second bedroom in the main house has two twin beds. And, the cupola offers wonderful panoramic view and features a twin trundel beds.  Attached guest house features two bedrooms; one with queen size bed and the other has two twin beds and twin bunk beds. The first floor living area also has a twin trundle beds.  Bathrooms: 2.5 Bathrooms in the Main House 1 Bathroom in Guest House Max.

Sunset View is located in town within walking distance to all that downtown La Pointe has to offer.  Perfect if you want to leave your car at Sunset View and take advantage of all there is to do downtown including restaurants, shopping, tennis and the Madeline Island Museum.

This property is beautiful! Close to the downtown area but also feels further away. The private beach and dock was so much fun to have. Loved hearing the waves at night from the bedroom. Lots of different spots to hangout in both inside and outside. It was just the perfect place for our family and friends to gather at post quarantine life.
